Meet Brian and Bill...
Our co-founders are still active – Brian Behlendorf is a Director of the Company as is Bill Portelli, our first and current CEO. Over the last decade, their pursuit of this vision along with hundreds of our other passionate employees has led CollabNet to define Enterprise Cloud Development, or “ECD” – an emerging IT category that represents the next generation of cloud development practices. ECD provides organizations a secure and compliant path to manage development and deployment in a hybrid cloud environment, and enables them to embrace the benefits of the cloud at their own pace.

Groundbreaking Solutions
In 2000, company employees founded and released Subversion to the open source community. We have been stewards of the project ever since. Subversion was quickly integrated into TeamForge, industry’s most comprehensive Agile ALM platform for distributed software development teams – and we have never looked back. Today, CollabNet offers its solutions on-premise or in CloudForge, industry’s first development platform-as-a-service.
