    Latest Release of SourceForge Enterprise Edition now localized in Japanese; Special Promotional Campaign

    Joint development between CollabNet, Inc. and VA Linux System Japan enabling strengthened global product offering

    Nov. 7, 2007 — VA Linux Systems Japan, Inc. (Headquarters: 1-8-8, Harumi, Chuo-Ku, Tokyo, President: Tetsuya Ueda, VA Linux hereafter) announced today the immediate availability of the Japanese version of SourceForge® Enterprise Edition 4.4, the latest version of CollabNet's industry leading software development platform for distributed teams. This latest version is priced at 198,000 Yen per user. SourceForge Enterprise Edition enables enterprise-wide centralized management of software development assets, tools and processes.

    VA Linux continues the sales and support of SourceForge Enterprise Edition
    CollabNet Inc. (Headquarters: Brisbane, CA, USA) and VA Software Corporation (Headquarters: Fremont, CA, USA; changed company name to SourceForge, Inc. on May 24, 2007) announced on April 24, 2007, the execution and closing of an asset purchase transaction whereby CollabNet purchased the SourceForge Enterprise Edition business from VA Software. The first post acquisition release, SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.4, was announced in the U.S. on July 31, 2007 as originally planned.

    Through a Reseller License Agreement with CollabNet, Inc., VA Linux will continue to sell license and support for SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.4 in the Japanese market.
