The integration between ScrumWorks Pro and the CollabNet TeamForge platform creates a bi-directional synchronization of artifacts to facilitate Scrum development. The CollabNet Certified Integration brings superior Scrum project management into the Agile lifecycle—manage products, releases, and sprints in ScrumWorks Pro and provide real-time project management data to the entire team throughout each sprint. How it works: 1. The story is moved to Release/Milestone in both applications. 2. In SWP, the story is added to a team’s sprint. CTF also shows this change. 3. A task is created in CTF and appears in SWP. 4. Code is committed to CTF. 5. Traceability from the story to the associated code is captured in CTF. 6. In SWP the task is marked as done, and the story is marked as done. These statuses are reflected in CTF.
