- CollabNet’s Silver Support option is for organizations that only need basic services. You contact CollabNet Support for assistance on an as-needed basis for either application or SaaS support.
- CollabNet’s Gold Support option is for organizations that need an additional level of service to successfully develop, deploy, and maintain CollabNet applications. With this option, CollabNet helps you to use, migrate, and deploy CollabNet applications or services.
CollabNet’s Platinum Support option focuses on the requirements of our global customers. This includes:
- All the benefits of the CollabNet Gold Support option.
- Live 24x7 phone support.
- Advanced enterprise offerings, such as data conversions and maximum SLA prioritization. (Additional fee applies.)
- SaaS customers can optionally deploy services that address your business continuity needs, such as Virtual Private Disk for data encryption and Advanced Disaster Recovery options.
