    The CollabNet Customer Support Portal and the CollabNet Community (also known as openCollabNet) are two separate entities and each requires different logins.

    The Customer Support Portal is for customers who have purchased Support packages. The Customer Support Portal lets you ask questions directly to the CollabNet Support staff and gives you access to the CollabNet knowledgebase.

    The CollabNet Community is a free resource for all users of CollabNet software. This community features discussion forums, technical articles, and best practices. Although CollabNet employees monitor this information, the focus is on community and individual involvement.
