These Terms and all claims relating to the relationship between the parties are governed by the Federal laws and the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. without regard to choice of law provisions. Any action brought to enforce or interpret any provision of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in an appropriate state court in San Mateo County or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco.
If one or more of the provisions contained in these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Whenever CollabNet has provided you with a translation of the English language version of these Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of these Terms will govern your relationship with CollabNet.
