Ashok has more than 25 years of experience driving growth and innovation at leading technology companies. Prior to his current role, Ashok led Broadcom’s multibillion-dollar Enterprise Software Division, where he helped create a platform for global enterprises to scale their digital transformations and become real-time digital businesses.
Ashok joined Broadcom in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of CA Technologies, where he led the DevOps business line. Prior to that, he ran the Mainframe and Automation Business units. Recognized as an early champion of DevOps with deep experience in agile transformation, Ashok has held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Rational Software, Honeywell and Novartis.
A life-long learner, Ashok holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in California. In May 2019, Ashok earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Ashok holds patents in IT governance and automation and pending patents for Blockchain technologies. In addition, he is also the Founding Commissioner of the UN Blockchain Commission.
He is an avid runner and has completed the New York City, San Francisco and Boston Marathons.
As President, Derek is responsible for executing company strategy and driving growth. To this role he brings over 20 years of executive leadership and sales experience. Previously, Derek served as CRO at Telerik through its acquisition by Progress Software; CEO of 5nine Software, acquired by Acronis; CEO of SmartBear Software, acquired by Francisco Partners; and VP of Sales at IMCEDA, acquired by DELL.
As Chief Financial Officer, Stephen focuses on operational efficiency and corporate strategy to drive revenue growth. Over the past 30 years he has served as CFO for several software companies, successfully guiding one company through an IPO (GNSM). Most recently, Stephen served as EVP and CFO at Black Duck Software which was acquired by Synopsys for $565M after growing revenues by 3X over a 3-year period.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Gina draws on over 20 years of technology marketing expertise to drive the company’s global marketing strategy. Most recently, Gina served as CMO for Amazon Game Tech. Previously, she held senior marketing positions at IBM, including CMO & VP of Rational Software Marketing and VP of Marketing for Cloud Ecosystems.

Most recently, Christian served as VP of Engineering at SimpliVity. Following the acquisition of SimpliVity by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he served VP of HyperConverged Infrastructure R&D at HPE. Previously, Christian held senior engineering roles at RSA, DynamicOps (acquired by VMWare), and EMC.

As Vice President of Customer Success, T.j. combines over 25 years of hands-on engineering experience with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes for our global customers. Previously, T.j. held senior leadership, technology and sales engineering roles at leading companies, including Commerce Insurance and Lifeline Systems.

David has more than 25 years’ experience managing products and successfully defining and driving business and product strategies in existing, new, and emerging technology markets in both small startups and large multibillion-dollar portfolio software companies. Prior to his current role, David held positions as EVP Products at RF Code, SVP Product Strategy at CA Technologies, CTO at BMC Software and VP Products and Strategy at IBM. In addition, David also worked as a Research VP at Gartner where he focused on key areas including DevOps, IT Operations and IT automation.
