Ashok has more than 25 years of experience driving growth and innovation at leading technology companies. Prior to his current role, Ashok led Broadcom’s multibillion-dollar Enterprise Software Division, where he helped create a platform for global enterprises to scale their digital transformations and become real-time digital businesses.
Ashok joined Broadcom in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of CA Technologies, where he led the DevOps business line. Prior to that, he ran the Mainframe and Automation Business units. Recognized as an early champion of DevOps with deep experience in agile transformation, Ashok has held leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Rational Software, Honeywell and Novartis.
A life-long learner, Ashok holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, an M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in California. In May 2019, Ashok earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Ashok holds patents in IT governance and automation and pending patents for Blockchain technologies. In addition, he is also the Founding Commissioner of the UN Blockchain Commission.
He is an avid runner and has completed the New York City, San Francisco and Boston Marathons.
Flint has extensive experience leading innovative software companies and has an exceptional track record of accelerating growth through product innovation and sales execution. Currently CEO of CollabNet VersionOne, a Vector Capital-owned leader in open Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). He also serves as an Operating Partner at Vector, advancing its position as a transformational partner to technology businesses. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of AccelOps, a provider of a leading IT operations analytics platform for cloud and virtualized infrastructures. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Tidal Software, a leading application automation software solution provider, which later was acquired by Cisco. After the Cisco acquisition, Mr. Brenton served in various follow-on capacities, including Vice President of Advanced Services and as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Cisco's cloud-based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) software offerings. At both AccelOps and Tidal Software, Mr. Brenton more than tripled sales under his tenure while focusing both companies on disruptive product introductions.
During his 25-year career, Mr. Brenton also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of NetIQ's Security and Administration business unit and has held various leadership positions at NetIQ, Compaq Computer Corporation, BMC Software, and IBM. He received a master's in business and public management from Rice University and a bachelor of science degree from Mount Union College.
Amir is an accomplished financial professional with over 25 years of leadership experience in finance and management. His background ranges across a number of public and private innovative software (SaaS & Enterprise) and networking firms, along with deep international experience. He takes a holistic view of a business, having managed a wide range of fiscal and administrative functions to support the introduction of dozens of new products from concept stage to commercialization.
Before joining CollabNet VersionOne, he was CFO of Precise Software, an enterprise software firm in the APM arena. Precise was acquired by Idera Corporation in 2013. Prior to Precise, he was CFO of EnergyConnect, a public SaaS software firm where he led acquisition of the company by Johnson Controls Inc. in 2011. He also served as CFO& VP of Operations for Aperto Networks, a leading provider of WiMAX broadband wireless access systems and CFO& VP of Finance & Administration of Resumix, a human skills management software firm, where he led the spin-off and management buyout of the company from parent Ceridian Corporation. Resumix was acquired by Hotjobs.com in 1999.
Amir was also a partner with Tatum, an executive services firm with a focus on the office of CFO, where he served as interim CFO of companies such as Magellan Navigation (handheld navigation products), Expresso Fitness (SaaS software for fitness equipment), Precise Software(APM software) and Chemtex.
He earned an MBA in finance and management from Stanford School of Business and BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Tony Farinaro has built and led teams in project management, systems design, IC design, and software development for the military, aerospace/defense, medical instrumentation and monitoring, communications, security industries. Tony was VP and General Manager of Global Services at Actel where he led the global services team.
Ted has more than 25 years of experience managing large enterprise software projects. He comes from the Cloud and Systems Management Group at Cisco, where as a senior director, he managed Cisco Automation for Cloud, Cisco Cloud Portal, Enterprise Scheduler, Enterprise Orchestrator and Intelligent Automation for SAP products. Previous to Cisco, Ted was part of Tidal Software where he was responsible for managing development, quality assurance, support, and user documentation of all of products. Before that, he was vice president of engineering for the Security, Administration and Migration products business unit of NetIQ Corporation, where he managed the development of products that boosted its quarterly revenue growth by 95 percent within four quarters. Before NetIQ, Ted spent 14 years at BMC Software, where he was vice president of DB2 Solutions, and prior to that served in various operational and support roles for several large enterprise corporations' Information Technology divisions.
Thomas Hooker is vice president of marketing at CollabNet VersionOne. As the head of CollabNet VersionOne's marketing team, he oversees demand generation, brand, customer marketing, public relations, analyst relations, product marketing, and corporate communications. A 20+ year veteran of high-tech Thomas has held Marketing, Product Management and Engineering positions at a variety of leading companies including BMC, Boole & Babbage, Tidal Software and Cisco.
