CollabNet and VersionOne announced today that they have signed a definitive agreement to merge forming a single company to be called CollabNet.

Joining forces aligns with the shared mission to enable organizations to scale enterprise-wide agility through Agile and DevOps platforms that connect teams, tools and processes in a highly effective manner.
