CollabNet Experiences Record Earnings in 2016 and Introduces Innovative New Solutions to the Fast-Growing DevOps Market
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Feb. 2, 2017 — CollabNet®, a global leader in enterprise software development and release management, today is reporting for 2016 that it experienced accelerating growth in revenue and profitability for the third consecutive year. Record earnings were achieved for 2016, growing more than 200 percent year over year. CollabNet continued to drive operational efficiency and increase revenues, while delivering powerful innovative solutions in the fast-growing DevOps marketplace. Renewal rates also set an all-time record, exceeding 92 percent for the year.
The company won several prestigious awards last year starting with a 2016 Best of Interop Award in the applications category for its innovation in application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps. CollabNet was also a Best in Show winner in the ALM and development tools category of the SD Times 100 for the 13th consecutive year.
The company went on to win three Golden Bridge Awards. CollabNet CEO Flint Brenton was named the Executive of the Year gold winner in the IT software category, which recognizes executives for their contributions to the industry and impact on their organizations. CollabNet TeamForge also won the gold award in the application development innovations category and silver in the IT software category. CollabNet won against a strong field of competitors, comparable in size and scope, which demonstrated advanced solutions and industry success.
The company introduced major new products in 2016. Notably, CollabNet took an advanced enterprise DevOps solution to market with its new offering, CollabNet DevOps Lifecycle Manager (DLM). The company also expanded its portfolio through a partnership with Clarive Software and began offering application release automation (ARA) solutions.

In 2016 CollabNet also released three new versions of TeamForge. The most recent focused on increasing team productivity and, building on previous integration updates with JIRA, Chef and others, making enterprise versioning and scaling Agile easier than ever.
